Service Desk Analyst (10a-7p)

Prelude Services is currently searching for an energetic, customer focused, Service Desk Analyst who provides 1st level IT support to our Clients. The shift for this position is M-F 10a-7p.

Our Service Desk responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with customers. They must have the ability to grasp and apply basic technical steps necessary of problem resolution. You have be able to type and talk; excellent telephone communication and problem resolution skills. Provides level one support for desktop hardware and software problems; password resets; installs and configures hardware and software.
